Catedral de Mi Padre Tobalá is a wild-agave mezcal from Maestro Celestino Serenas, made from wild Tobalá agave that grows 6–12 years.

🥃 Product Overview

The agave is roasted in an earth oven stoked with pine, mango wood and volcanic rock, ground with a limestone tahona and fermented in open pine wood vats with natural spring mountain water. On the nose: Roasted nuts and burnt toffee. On the palate: Dense and layered, with burnt toffee and roasted nuts. Finish: A long caramel fade.
