Lundgren and his wife Emma Krokdal launched Hard Cut in 2025. The vodka is made from a mash of Idaho Russet potatoes with natural enzymes and yeast, fermented for five days, and cut so that only the heart of the distillate is kept. It is then blended with Rocky Mountain water and fine-filtered for a clean, creamy spirit with extra body.
